Foresta is revolutionising manufacturing

Our torrefied wood pellets are made with an exclusive process that creates a solid uniform product with lower moisture and about 30% more energy than raw biomass. Our pine extracts use a patented process that eliminates nearly 25% of extra processing and petrochemicals by using the natural oils of the pine tree as the extractive. This breakthrough increases the economic value of pine wood while driving real decarbonisation—creating a sustainable future for forestry and industry.

We collaborate with local farmers, Iwi, and government bodies to protect forest ecosystems through low-impact harvesting and replanting. Increasing the potential income from pine wood ensures a genuinely sustainable future for pine forests.

Foresta is a world leader

Having proven the efficacy and viability of our process, construction of our manufacturing facility is in Kawerau, Bay of Plenty. Foresta plans to operate nine plants in New Zealand through a modular roll-out process before expanding the model internationally.
